PERHATIAN!

  1. Lakukan 'edit' diwebsite makan sebelum batas akhir periodenya, dan pastikan telah di 'save'.
  2. Absen makan harus dengan Smart Card sendiri, tidak mengggunakan Smart Card orang lain. Pastikan telah melakukan tap Smart Card dengan benar pada waktu absen makan.
  3. Bayarlah denda makan sebelum mencapai Rp. 100.000,-. Jika pembayaran denda ditunda hingga denda mencapai denda maksimal (lebih dari Rp. 200.000,-) maka ada resiko mahasiswa tidak bisa melakukan tapping meal dihari berikutnya.
  4. Jika tampilan website makan pada 'meal planning'-nya kosong, cantumkan sendiri tanda "v" pada website yang masih kosong jika akan makan. Pastikan telah di 'save' sebelum tutup website.
  5. Jika ada masalah denda makan (hal bayar, edit denda, box makan, dll) dapat segera emailkan ke:  dendamakan.myc@uph.edu  dengan mencantumkan data nama, NIM/NIK, password, detail masalah (tanggal kejadian, sesi makan, total denda, lampirkan 'print screen', dll).
  6. Jika ada masalah pada website makan ( misalnya pada website "v" tapi tidak bisa makan padahal denda belum maximum, sudah tapp absen makan tapi didenda, website tidak bisa dibuka, dll ) dapat segera emailkan ke: application.services@uph.edu  dengan mencantumkan data nama, NIM/NIK, password, detail masalah (tanggal kejadian, sesi makan, denda, lampirkan 'print screen', dll).

 

ATTENTION!

  1. Edit meal website before the end of period dan make sure to save it.
  2. Meal attendance must tap with your own Smart Card, instead of using other’s. Make sure to tap the Smart Card correctly during meal attendance
  3. Pay the meal fine before it reaches Rp. 100.000,-. If fine payment is delayed until the fine reaches a maximum fine of more than Rp 200,000, then there is a risk that the student can not tap to take meals the next day.
  4. If your meal website displays empty ‘meal planning’, put sign “v” on the empty website if you are going to eat. Make sure to save data before exiting the website.
  5. If you have a problem with meal fine (payment, fine edit, meal box, etc) may directly email it to dendamakan.myc@uph.edu by mentioning name, student ID number, password, and problem details (date, session, maximum fine, attached print screen, etc).
  6. If you have a problem with meal website (for example if on the website it is signed “v” but you cannot eat even though your fine has not reach maximum value, tap but being charged, website cannot be accessed, etc) may directly send email to: application.services@uph.edu by putting your name, student ID number, problem details (case date, meal session, fine, attached print screen, etc).
